About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies
  
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  
• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team
  
• Support CEO and Board with financial analysis and strategic advice
  
• Act as business partner to service leads for program budgeting
  
• Liaise with auditors and prepare acquittals for funding bodies
  
• Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

Essential:

• Experience in a senior finance role within the NFP sector
  
• Holds CPA or CA certification (or equivalent)
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  
• Experience in financial systems implementation
  

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check, Personal Financial Check and Working with Children Check
  
• Not subject to an Aged Care Banning Order
